So. when i use liquidbounce it always eats my HDD (disk) and none of other liquidbounce ver can fix this. My pc just lags when i use liquidbounce. not mc. entire pc. when i use sigma or moon or rise. i don't have pc lags (HDD)or mc lags.
What i mean: is this fixable or my pc is just shit?

@koqkay LB will read and write to your Minecraft directory. This is normal for Minecraft mods that need to save settings and do similar things. Consider putting your Minecraft directory on a SSD.

i can guarantee that liquidbounce io operations does not destroy frames
