Solved "Memory try it!" setting

Hi, I realized I having an option called "Memory try it!" on my UEFI Overclock menu. The description of "Memory try it!" is says "Loads stable memory presets & improves memory compatibility" and few useless words, I using CORSAIR DDR4 rams. Should I use Memory try it! and can it hurt my rams?

@spoiler Don't touch anything that has to do with BIOS, unless you understand what you are doing.

@mems call an tech professional if you are doing complicated things with bios but not like enabling vt-x or smth

@ender1355 You don't need to pay for tech professionals unless you have REALLY messed up your BIOS, or motherboard at that point. Google can really help when it comes to searching for motherboard options + what they do. And no, I am not in any way breaking this rule. Simply search for "Memory try it!" on Google and the answer is literally below.
