Unsolved How do i download it?

I tried everything.. I dont undestand how to download, please help me.
also is liquid bounce for 1.8.9 as well?

Steps in order- Go to liquidbounce.net
- Click download.
- Click manual download or github builds.
- Go into .minecraft folder and put it in the mods folder ( if you dont already have it download forge 1.8.9 and run it.)
- Run minecraft
- Profit
- Go to liquidbounce.net
