Config for Russian server

Hello! I need a config for the Russian MasedWorld server because the configs for HPixel and other foreign official servers are not suitable or they work very crookedly
As for the requirements, I need it for the BedWars mode. Everything that is connected with the battle is needed, except for the killaura.
