I think it is more depends on your PC specs.

@Gabriel For an Intel based laptop which probably its gpu doesn't even support directx10, you shouldn't even record on OBS, but just saying because you showed me your PC specs.

You can try record with Xbox Game Bar (it is low specs friendly). But if your laptop is totally potato, you shouldn't record at all.
