is enabled on latest nextgen, the game grinds to a halt and runs at 1 FPS at most. How come? I presume this warning is related?

i've recently downloaded nextgen, and im having problems with loading chunks on blocksmc specifically, no other server i know of has this problem. whenever i load into blocksmc no matter what server im in the chunks neighboring my spawn chunk dont load the rest load just fineimage.png

when i click to run the launcher, it dosent start, but it started in the past, idk what i did wrong?? I tried to uninstall liquid launcher/bounce, i have the latest ver of java, plz help me plz?
