HvH but the opponent doesn't get almost any damage.

Title says it all. How is it possible to "reduce" such damage when battling opponents, I've seen it like 3-4 times so far and I am amazed at that, I've even seen a topic on the old forum related to this current thread I am making.

Use AutoBlock and strafe around the opponent.

@Senk-Ju what was even surprising was that the opponent wasn't blocking, at all.
EDIT: Tried AutoBlock and it didn't reduce that much damage as the opponent did.

@mems u mean that your block is fake and it just visual ?

@NinjaMaki well, I tried it on a server called test.kons.co, that's where i met those 2 people with "god mode" when i was battling them. they were like every other normal players, moving, no autoblock, when you hit them though, no damage gets received. about autoblock, i think it was.. yeah, fake and visual.
P.S: The server includes AAC 4.3.5.

@NinjaMaki yeah, and one of them said that they were using LB. just that. when i asked him what script was he using, he just left the server...

If you played on a test server, he might have just spammed
/heal

@Senk-Ju I tried the /heal command, but it has a cooldown of 60 seconds.

@LolMC Everyone used the same AC, cannot be changed. The server named test.kons.co has only 1 AC, and it is called AAC, but with 4.3.5 version on it.

@Senk-Ju I knew someone was going to answer it... What about delay on the damage? For example, someone hits you, and to receive the damage there must be a delay, or not possible either?

@mems you can only delay it 'client-side' by spoofing ping (or another method)
no matter what, your damage will still be taken server-side

Your ka probably isn't bypassing
